Planner
Planners are a time-tested tool for organizing your days. You can look back and look ahead so it’s great for a planning routine. If you are visual, consider small post-it notes, highlighters, or colored markers to add some visual texture to your planner.
Large format wall or desktop calendar
A large format calendar is a super visible way to stay on track. Consider adding your to-do’s to your calendar with colored post-it notes, choosing one color for high priority items. Post-it notes can be moved around so you can flex your plan easily.
Digital notes and calendar
You may already have access to a notes app and a digital calendar on your computer or smartphone. This is all you need to set up your action plan. With your calendar, you can set up notifications about your goals for each day.
Time management apps
Type in “time management” into the App Store or Google Play search bar, and you’ll have a whole lot of options. Many of these apps allow you to generate to-dos, create a calendar, and get reminders and notifications.Take a moment to read a few reviews and try one that looks good to you.
Productivity and concentration apps
Slightly different than time management apps, these apps offer incentives and features to help you stay on task. Type in “productivity” into the search bar of the App Store or Google Play. Some give you the tools to temporarily lock your other apps so that you can’t be bothered by them.
